Nasrallah

"We have discovered how to hit the Jews where they are the most vulnerable. The Jews love life, so that is what we shall take away from them. We are going to win because they love life and we love death."

In Their Words....

Hassan Nasrallah

  • "If they [the Jews] all gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of going after them worldwide."

  • "In July and August [2006], there was no place in occupied Palestine which was out of the reach of the resistance missiles. Tel Aviv or elsewhere, we were certain that we could reach any corner or spot in occupied Palestine and now we are certain that we can reach them."  -- July, 2007
  • "I am against any reconciliation with Israel. I do not even recognize the presence of a state that is called 'Israel.' I consider its presence both unjust and unlawful."
    February 20, 2000
  • When Israel ended its 18-year occupation of Lebanon in 2000, Nasrallah declared, "We have liberated the south. Next we'll liberate Jerusalem."
  • "As long as there are fighters who are ready for martyrdom, this country will remain safe."
    2006
  • "The most important thing this country relies on is the army. They say that every country and nation creates for itself an army, but Israel is an army for which a state has been built. Without a strong army Israel would not be able to survive in the region."

Hizbollah's resume:

  • In July/August 2006 - after murdering 7 Israeli soldiers and kidnapping others, Hizbollah launched more than 3,900 katyusha rockets at Israeli civilian targets.
  • On March 17, 1992 a car bomb hit the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires, killing 29 people, in an attack that Argentine investigators later concluded was carried out by Hezbollah.
  • On July 18, 1994, a suicide bomber drove a van carrying 600 lbs of explosives into the Argentine-Israeli Mutual Association (AMIA) building in Buenos Aires, killing 85 people
  • In April 1996, Hezbollah launched 489 Katyusha rockets across the border

A site about Israel, being Jewish and living in a world where things aren't always bright and shiny, but where there is always hope that tomorrow will be better.

This site is dedicated to the people who inspire me to stop what I am doing and write.

To my husband, to my children. To my parents and sister and brother, and their families. To my brothers-in-laws and sisters-in-law.

To the victims of terrorism over the last few years.

To the soldiers of Israel.

To mothers.

To the Jews who are no more, and to the Jews yet to be.

To those around the world who understand that the path to peace is not reached through violence, to my Arab friends and neighbors.

To my international friends and email pals...

in short, this site is dedicated to those who have touched my life, and in so doing, have brought forth my words.
